Laundry test for best print results

Our printers quality assurance has been established by laundering products the same way you will at home!  As we add new shirts and designs to our store, they conduct this form of quality assurance. Products and prints must go through a cycle of ten washes without losing color saturation before they consider them satisfactory for our customers. They accept nothing but brilliant prints with realistic color reproduction. This is the best way to establish quality assurance.

 Printing Technique

Our printer uses computer-controlled production; design colors are sprayed onto the product. This is called Digital Direct and is their standard print method.

Differences in Colors: Monitor vs. T-Shirt

Colors may look different on the printed item than they appear on your monitor. This may be due to different reasons:

• To print pixel designs, we need to render the color scheme from RGB to CMYK and make color corrections if necessary. This may lead to slight color variations.
• Every screen displays colors differently. A combination of brightness, contrast and saturation can change color effects significantly.
• The color of the fabrics has an effect on the print result.
