Bogyphobia
Bogyphobia is the fear of bogymen, which can also be called bogey phobia.
The term is derived from medieval origins where the Bogyman was used to scare children into good behavior (similar to Bogeyman).
A common myth about this phobia is that only children suffer from it. This is not true as anyone of any age can suffer from bogyphobia.
